6/15/07. I am currently in Washington, DC, to lobby Congress to help find a cure for the disease.  I was on Honolulu's local KGMB TV station to tell people about my trip.

1/2/07: I've been selected to be the delegate to represent the Juvenile Diabetes Community from the State of Hawaii at the Children's Congress for 2007 in Washington, DC.  Click here to read about it in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin.
